California ABC source and coverage
The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control publishes the licensing information used for Millatu's planned Alameda County section. Millatu is a separate experiment and does not replace the department's services.
The reviewed date means Millatu checked this guide text and its destination links on that date; it is not an ABC record date.
What the official lookup provides
California ABC offers lookup paths for a license number, licensee name, business address, and business name or DBA. It also provides location reports by city, ZIP code, county, census tract, and statewide license type.
What the reports page provides
The licensing reports page links to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, location reports, and downloadable data. California ABC controls the files, publication schedule, fields, and availability.
How to read source rows
A row in an ABC report is a source row. It should not automatically be counted as one unique business or one unique license. The California ABC Licensing Reports page notes that duplicate and secondary license types can appear separately.
Millatu will label any future count as a count of source rows unless a different unit has been separately defined and documented.
Planned Alameda County scope
The planned county section uses the source field Prem County and the recorded value ALAMEDA as its geographic selection rule. That rule describes the export filter; it does not establish a business location beyond what the source recorded.
No registry rows or counts are published on Millatu yet. The alcohol-license section remains a holding page while the capture and publication checks are evaluated.
Codes and definitions
Millatu keeps source codes as recorded and does not turn them into a quality, compliance, or business-condition judgment. Use California ABC's own glossary and record-layout material when interpreting a field.
